These Ross Henery Professional Chef's knives comes in a decorative gift box. Which is ideal for gifting.

Knives being forged from one piece of stainless steel will eliminate food and dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety & hygiene means, they are useful for the professional chef or total amateur as well as for the domestic house or college student.

These knives are made from 100% stainless steel; however, it is very important to follow the included care guide and avoid leaving the knife in soak, and always fully dry before putting them away. The blades are razor sharp and the knife edges hold well.

Hand Wash only, 1 x Chefs knife, 1 x Carving Knife, 1 x Bread Knife, 1 x Boning knife, 1 x 20 pairing knife measured from the bottom of the handle to the tip of the blade.

Manufactured with hygiene in mind, Please hand wash and dry the knives before storing.

Steel & specifications

Blades are forged from X50 CrMoV 15 stainless steel, hardened to 56–58 HRC and hand-finished to a 15° edge per side. Full-tang construction with triple-riveted handles for balance and longevity. Hand-wash and dry only.
