The five things people ask us.
Which set should I start with?
For most home kitchens a five-piece set in an oak block covers everything you'll reach for. If you cook daily or prep a lot of protein, go nine-piece — the extra carving knife and shears earn their place.
How do I keep the edge?
Hone before each use, wash by hand and dry straight away. Send any set back for a free re-hone whenever it needs one — you cover the return postage.
What does the warranty cover?
Any failure in normal use inside two years — handle, rivet or blade. We replace the knife, no registration and no receipts needed.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
UK mainland only for now. Trade customers elsewhere in Europe can ask about pallet orders through the trade line.
Can I open a trade account?
Yes — restaurants, catering companies and culinary schools get 15%+ off with net terms and a named account manager. Use the form with 'Trade account' as the topic.
