Shipping & returns

Here's how your order reaches you — and what happens if something isn't right.

Dispatch

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery

• Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Keep an eye on the announcement bar for any free-delivery thresholds currently running.
• Some Highlands, islands and offshore postcodes may carry a surcharge — this is shown at checkout.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange it. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, and any faulty or damaged item will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right.
