Ross Henery Professional 3-piece Chef's/kitchen Santoku knife set in gift box.

The chef’s knives come in a wooden gift box which has a sharpener built into the corner making it simple to sharpen the knives when needed.

Made from stainless steel each knife is designed to hold their edge making them perfect knives for the professional or domestic kitchen.

They are hand polished and have exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Included within the set is the following:

1 x carving knife

1 x Santoku knife

1 x utility knife

1 x wooden gift box with sharpening corner

Hand washing is advised

Steel & specifications

Blades are forged from X50 CrMoV 15 stainless steel, hardened to 56–58 HRC and hand-finished to a 15° edge per side. Full-tang construction with triple-riveted handles for balance and longevity. Hand-wash and dry only.
