This set is made from 100% stainless steel; however, it is very important to follow the included care guide and avoid leaving the knives in soak, and always fully dry them before putting them away. The blades are razor sharp and hold their edge well, a honing steel is included so you can always keep the knives sharp.

Steel & specifications
Blades are forged from X50 CrMoV 15 stainless steel, hardened to 56–58 HRC and hand-finished to a 15° edge per side. Full-tang construction with triple-riveted handles for balance and longevity. Hand-wash and dry only.
