“What our customers say.”

A properly balanced chef's knife
Full tang, comfortable in the hand, and sharp as anything I've paid three times the price for. Block looks lovely on the worktop too.

Bought a second set for the restaurant
We use the Japanese-style set in service. Takes a brilliant edge back on the stone, and the santoku is a workhorse.

Gift it. Seriously.
Bought the bamboo block set for my son-in-law, who's obsessed with cooking. Packaging was immaculate, the care guide was a nice touch.
