Ross Henery Professional 8 Inch chef's knife in gift box.

Made from high carbon 5CR 15MOV stainless steel this knife is designed to hold its edge making it perfect for the professional or domestic kitchen. It is hand polished and has exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Ross Henery professional uses 5CR 15 MOV Stainless steel in most of its knife sets and is a high grade, high carbon premium stainless steel designed to hold the edge of the knife whilst also resisting rust.

The handle is black Pakka wood forged which offers fantastic grip and have a great balance which is important with any knife. This knife is designed to last.

However due to the Pakka wood handles which is a high-grade material but it is not suitable for the dishwasher and must be hand washed.

Steel & specifications

Blades are forged from X50 CrMoV 15 stainless steel, hardened to 56–58 HRC and hand-finished to a 15° edge per side. Full-tang construction with triple-riveted handles for balance and longevity. Hand-wash and dry only.
